I found Parker's arc in Leverage very moving. Because she's grandly, flamboyantly neuro-atypical - but her emotional scenes aren't about learning how to like crowds or smile more or pull off that grand dance number to win people's hearts.

Instead there's Sophie, teaching her in a technical, result-oriented way how other people's emotions work. And there's Eliot, who's a bit of a recovering wasteland himself, helping her understand her own emotions. And there's Hardison, the ADD Wunderkind, learning persistence and patience along with her...

In the end, Parker doesn't change. She becomes a better version of Parker.
