The first teaser for the game had the camera go down Norman Reedus' throat to reveal a baby, so yes, I'm kinda surprised more kinksters didn't have their eye on this from the get go.

It's on my list of games to play, but mostly because it's Kojima + great cast + what I've heard of the themes of community building. And it's a weird game. I'm all for AAA games daring to break the mold.
