If a godlike alien forced you to put a brand new giant volcano under any city on Earth that would blow within the year, which city would you choose and why was it London?

Nah, ya gotta pick a city. I suppose you could put it under Tampa, but why bother when the ocean will swallow it by the end of this century anyway. Seems a waste of a volcano.
