Man, this brings me back. When I was into HP, Snape/Lockhart (or Snart, as it was unfortunately called in the early 2000's) was my ship of choice.

No, not a big ship by any means. There were enough of us on LJ to form a community, and a handful of fics on ff.net. I expect most people in the fandom never realized we existed, since we were so few and to my knowledge snart shippers didn't engage in ship wars.

I do remember that the biggest name fan in the Snart circle was dating the Harry Potter Lexicon guy around the time Rowling sued him, though. So that was an interesting time.
