With all these spinoffs Disney is trying to do, it's like a pyramid scheme of tv shows. And instead of wasting money, it's making me lose interest in whatever they put out. Like, we're not going to establish this interesting character or plot here, it's going to be it's own thing! Then instead of developing what have, they just plant seeds for more spinoffs.

This is exactly my issue with all of them too. Anything interesting that gets introduced won't be followed up on in-show because it's all setting up another spinoff which will set off a third spinoff which will set up a movie in two years where everything is answered. As standalone adventures I feel like I could enjoy these stories (I think this is why The Mandolarian worked far better for me than any other Disney+ show, because it did its own thing and didn't feel like just setting up the next franchise) but there's no good payoff because Disney wants to ultimately save all the major stuff for the movies.
