Ahsoka was very young when things went bad and she'd been raised by the Order. It's not super unreasonable to think she'd have learned entirely the wrong lesson and walked away from all that thinking that, yep. Attachment is bad. It makes you go crazy and murder a bunch of kids and try to destroy the world.
