There are absolutely cases where people are barfing up the most bad faith interpretation just because they're trolling, but don't underestimate how bad many people's reading comprehension and/or critical thinking skills are. There's one long time regular named user who frequently gets into arguments because they didn't read the secret thoroughly and when they're called out for it they either ghost the discussion or plead migraine/medication issues.
