Jason was absolutely robbed. Sinnerman only getting one 10 should have been my warning about the judging this Olympics.

(That sounds harsh - I was happy with all the medalists. Men's skating doesn't seem to have the ingrained judging problems ladies and ice dance do, but jeez.)

tbh, I think Jason getting sixth was wonderful considering he did zero quads the entire competition, but I think that should be possible for more than him, and I think artistry should be incentivized (and I think if he was at a less strong federation he would never have gotten those scores, like Donovan is never getting those scores even if he improves to Jason's level)!

I'm not mad at the medalists either, I think they know how points work and they maximized them. I do think there are ingrained judging problems (who they call under and who they q is just...questionable) but they are way less blatant and you know it's not like someone skated clean with a triple axel and is still fifth behind significantly LESS clean skates so...
