God, dolly is gorgeous.

eta: to comment on the secret, I'm far more disapproving on cosmetic change as a possibility (I think "serious harm" can be fairly vague as a standard when we live in looks-based society), but ultimately people only have to be happy with themselves and that includes the consequences of cosmetic changes. I don't think your understanding is at odds with your actions.

I don't know the full extent of what Nicole Kidman has had done, (at least botox, and I don't buy that she tried it "once," lol), but she wouldn't be working this much as a woman in her mid-fifties if she didn't look like she was in her 40s.

What? With that mask-like face I'd think she was in the late 60's, just botoxed to hell. Hollywood's beauty standards are getting deeper and deeper in the uncanny valley.

Seconding this, and adding that I found her excellent in Big Little Lies. The work she's had done has probably increased since then, but at least at that relatively recent point in time, I didn't find it too distracting.

I hate that celebrities, especially women supposed to do this if they want to stay in game. I dislike botox faces so much. I've watched Nightmare Alley recently and the most nightmarish thing was Cate Blanchett's face.
Also I just can't stand lip filler trend. I see everyday white women with this exaggerated lips and all I can think that this is some sort of blackface

I'm not so sure the look of Cate Blanchett in that film wasn't deliberate, given the nature of the character she plays.

Cate Blanchett was wearing fake teeth and a wig for Don't Look Up and she was unrecognizable as herself. She said she did her own makeup for the film bc of Covid. But if she's also unrecognizable in this new one (Nightmare Alley) I don't know what to think. She was so distinctive-looking it would be sad, I think, if she had plastic surgery and lost the essential way she looked.

She is distinctive looking still, but in a sort of stuck and uncanny valley way. Maybe I am being harsh and it was a choice for a movie

Depends on how you define harm. To me, existing in a society that distorts your perception of beauty and ageing so badly is already a form of harm. I just feel really sorry for them tbh.
