Oh, no, I think there's plenty of misogynist-colonizer women in that class of the UK. They consider other women worthless and weak.

Oh it is true, but they don't go the action agent route. They go the enforcing gender roles through oppressive politics route (they are also better at being equal opportunity abusers, see, as example, the rise of Priti Patel as the latest example of female British neo-fascism). They'd hate the idea of a female Bond, and loathe the idea of being one, because it doesn't represent the kind of role they see themselves in in British politics.
