I mostly think the artwork makes it look kinda cheap and ... idk, more childish than it should be?
As for the actual translation, eeeh I think it depends. Sure, some titles may sound more precise and snappy because the original word is shorter but if you a) have an actual working translation that isn't too clunky and b) you would have to translate it anyway in a footnote I think it should be done. At least in a print version, which should be a bit more professional looking. You can't really go and translate some and not others, that would look weird.
And I say that as someone who generally prefers terms like shixiong instead of senior martial brother. But that's in fan translations. Official ones need a bit of a more uniform translation system.

Out of curiosity though because I haven't gotten around to buying them - how did they handle the omnipresent "gege" in this one? Because that's one of the terms I would have thought would be the most tricky to translate in a non-clunky way without losing some nuance.
