Are you only more irritable/pessimistic about that or about other stuff in your life too? Because there might be something going on with your emotional and/or mental health if that's the case. Not saying there is, but it's a possibility that poped to my mind while reading your secret. I also agree that the idea of venting online, not directly to your friend, is probably the best: like that, you're not bumming them and you can express yourself freely. This was my first thought too, that there's something deeper going on. Not liking something is fine and all but why put that much energy into something that didn't vibe with you?
