It's about the relationship between Ethel and Robert "Bobby" Kennedy (the non-lobotomy guy. Lobotomy guy was Robert's father, and he lobotomized one of Robert's sisters.

The song itself is just a cute thing about Ethel and Bobby getting together and having a bunch of kids and teaching them how to dream.

ok thanks. I've never understood why people romanticize the kennedys in general tbh, I don't have anything against them but they don't seem that fascinating

But me neither. I also don’t have anything against them, but the only person in the Kennedy legacy I have any interest in is Jackie, and she was only a Kennedy by marriage. I just really like her style, and I think she was deserving of her fashion icon status! Plus, she also has ties to the Vanderbilt’s, who are a family I am actually more interested in.
