Yup, queue a bunch of triggered Americans...

It's cue. Like the Yanks appeared as if on cue, not in a line.

The difference is there does overall seem to be an attitude from America that they are the 'best country on the planet!' despite there being major flaws in their system.
As an Aussie, I'm sick of being portrayed as backwater hicks in American media and generally online, when the majority of us live in cities and are pretty sophisticated.

Nobody thinks badly of Australians. Nobody thinks about you much at all except for Chris Hemsworth, Nicole Kidman, and koalas.
