Been mulling over for weeks over a friendship and after discussing it with a supportive friend and giving it a lot of space and thought, I'm recognizing I have a shallow friendship with this person. I enjoy some engagement with them but I think they're dishonest about what sort of friendship they want with me. Going to keep interactions with them cordial. Will just have to dodge around their judgmental comments about how others fandom VS how they do...
