Everything.

Work stuff. I hate not being able to grasp an important issue at work, because I can't fucking explain it to people who need to hear about it. Then there's so much uncertainty with the people bringing up the issue with me, I don't know exactly what they want and other people want to make decisions for them and I hate being caught in the middle and not knowing what I should be doing because I'm incompetent af.

I won't rant about the rest since I've done it many times before (and at this point it's one of those things where it's like, piss or get off the pot).
