To be fair to him, I don't think he was *trying* to be a dick about it...we were kind of joking around. But still. I have to gauge better with whom I can bring it up ( at least *how* excitedly I can bring it up. I got fairly excited and thought he would match my excitement, but I was wrong). Ultimately, I'm going to want to be with someone who I can watch things with and can match my level, so you know what? w/e lol

Yeah! Or even if someone does not share your hype, they should find your hype cool or endearing and at least be interested. I hope you have fun embracing your inner weeb. :)
