I sent out a job application. I don't have much hopes (or any, really) I'll get it and it sounds trivial but it was a huge step for me to overcome my crippling anxiety of actually sending applications. Got directly replaced with "checking my emails every five minutes despite knowing a reply will most likely be a direct refusal" anxiety but it's not nearly as bad as the other type.

Good luck! I felt the same way as I applied for job (I applied for nearly 100).
