I hope the shot helps get you some immunity and the side effects are negligible in the face of the shit you deal with on the daily. Panic attacks suck, I'm sorry.

Thank you! I suppose the fact that at the very least my arm is sore and I'm exhausted means that there's SOME immune response. Just... hopefully my body will sort it out in a timely fashion, ideally before Monday.

And it's weird about the panic attacks. When the gut issues flared ten years ago, I started getting them with no triggers whatsoever and they'd last literally days, just unable to do anything but shake and hyperventilate for 48+ hours. Then I went low FODMAP in hopes of healing the gut issues, and that only worked a little bit... but the random panic attacks stopped. And today proves that I am much better at controlling those that have actual, concrete triggers. No crying or hyperventilating, and managed to keep from shaking uncontrollably till I got back to my car. It's an improvement.
