True. Nothing can beat decades of experience if you’re trying to get into the mindset of someone older and wiser. But if it’s just general life experience, some people start young, and have just as much experience as some older people. Including in the workplace, and even living independent lives. Not to mention experience when it comes to tough situations and trauma, which older people absolutely don’t have a monopoly on, because there’s no age limit for those.
