Re: Sleep schedule

Well, my idea is to bed between midnight and 2 am, up around 8 or 9. I pretty much naturally wake up then, unless i had a shitty no-sleep night.

I currently work overnight shifts, so i don't have an alarm to wake up on non-work days, and if i take a nap during shift days, I usually only sleep for two or three hours at the most, so plenty of time to get up and go to work in the evening without an alarm (unless the nap urge hits at like...4.30 or 5 then, yeah - alarm).
