Re: Sleep schedule

In my 20s I went through some wild sleep patterns. Ideally, if I could live on a schedule as to my liking, I'd be up for like 28 hours and get 12-14 hours of sleep after that. I know people can't live like this in a healthy way, but I'm just saying, those days where I could stay up forever were days when I got a lot of shit done.
Realistically, wake up around 9:30-10:00 AM and go to bed around 2:00-3:00 AM.

I have an alarm set for 7:30 AM but I usually wake up around 8:30 AM. Bedtime really depends. Some days I go to bed at like 4:00AM, lately though, I've been going to bed around 2:00 AM. I wish I could go to bed earlier.
