Re: Sleep schedule

For the last month or so, I've been going to bed somewhere around 1AM, waking up around 8:30. Prior to the last month or so, it would usually be going to sleep around 11:45 or midnight, wake up around 8:30 (so if you can do the math there, I've been getting a fair deal less sleep). I do need an alarm; even with an alarm, I've always had a hard time getting myself out of bed, all of my life. I have a habit of just staying in bed until the last possible moment I need to get out of bed.

If I had no job or responsibilities... IDK. I actually really like the idea of waking up early, but in practice, when left to my own devices, my sleep schedule is usually like 1:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
