Re: Sleep schedule

(Anonymous) 2022-04-03 09:50 pm (UTC)(link)
I have no schedule, really... our store is open from 7am to 10pm (with the first people coming in at 6 in the morning and the last leaving around 10.30 in the evening) and our shifts switch around wildely almost every day. For example, tomorrow I'll have the 10-6.30 shift and then will be back at work at 7 on Tuesday. Then I'll have Wednesday off, have the 10-18.30 shift again, but on Friday I work 1-9.30 and will already back at work at 8 in the morning on Saturday.
Regular sleeping schedule? I don't know her. Daylight saving starting/ending? Doesn't bother me, it's all irregular anyways. (It has its pros and cons but right now our shifts really are very irregular and it's quite exhausting tbh.)

I think my ideal waking time if I had no work would be somewhere between 8.30 and 9.30.
