Re: Sleep schedule

I get up around 5-7 (on any given day, it's between thise two hours. If I'm really tired I'll jolt out of bed by 7. If I'm following my schedule, 5:30 AM). Multiple alarms beginning at 4:45 and ending at 7:15. I knock the fuck out.

I go to bed anywhere between 11.30/12 and 2/3. It's fair to say most nights I'm sleeping by 1AM.

Omg looking at this I have a really shitty sleep schedule (and AWFUL time management skills-- I don't even have kids!)

My ideal schedule is pop into work at 4 AM, break by 10, done by 1 PM.

Even nicer would be waking up by 7/8, be at work by 10/11. Wrap it up by 6, and I can enjoy my evening. If I'm good and listening to my body, I'm sleeping by 10/9.39 lol
