To be fair, that is the typical baseline for Americans. It does suck that there are citizens of other countries that will assume the same thing as the Yanks though.

It’s absolutely not a typical baseline for Americans.

It doesn’t suck that other countries besides the US are abs police brutality and corruption, actually. They’re not assuming anything or being influenced by the US either, that’s a very dumb assumption on your part. And that’s an also awful thing to say. It’s also really revealing how you say Yanks, too. Subtle.
