Hypocritical would be saying that you're disgusted by femmeslash but turned on by m/m slash.
Femmeslash is all well and good, if you like women. I don't, so it does nothing for me and I don't read it...not the smutty stuff, anyway.
It's personal taste, not hypocrisy. Honestly.

That's it. You can turn away from smut if it does nothing for you. But refusing to read ANY femmslash, any story about two women together, is hypocritical, if you like slash

I don't read femmeslash full stop, it doesn't interest me. Relationships between women don't interest me, maybe because I am one and there's no mystery, who knows.
Otoh, if I am reading a fic (het or slash) that has femmeslash in it as well...bring it on. (I've read many.) Doesn't bother me in the slightest, as long as the women are a good match. But I'm not interested in women in general or particular.
It comes down to everyone is different, and why this has bothered me so much is that judging people on their fic tastes is just petty. It's not hypocrisy, it's taste. That's all.
