Re: What's new with you?
(Anonymous) 2022-04-15 11:06 pm (UTC)(link)Not much new with me, though I did recently get a new purse to replace the one that was falling apart. I've been reevaluating my diet and decided to let some vices lapse. Not sure how it'll go, but I've got some replacements planned (things that have worked in the past, hoping they'll work again).
Re: What's new with you?
What diet changes are you doing, if I may ask? I need to work on my cholesterol as well. :(

Well, mostly trying to not eat so much junk food (no impulse buys at the counter, no going to the store for the sake of getting junk food), or buy chocolate for the sake of buying chocolate. Not putting sugar in my coffee. Cutting down on eating out, and cutting back on the alcohol. I try to steam or roast vegetables, mostly greens. I bake seasoned/marinated chicken or fish (when affordable). For the craving issue, I got some Kashi cereal and some chocolate flavored almond milk (or whatever chocolate flavored milk substitute is available). Like I said, we'll see how that goes.
