I really love the trend in the last 5 or so years where out of nowhere an older piece of media will suddenly be trendy again and millennials and Gen Z’ers will either get into it and glom onto it, or get back into it in a big way. It’s especially cool if it was something that was made before they were born. I love the [Character Being X] in [x] minutes videos on YT. And the new fanart for these old and usually dying fandoms, or forgotten media.

Recent examples I like: Clone High, WordGirl, Totally Spies

Fave example: The Adventures of Raggedy Ann & Andy, which was a movie I loved as a kid, and felt got a not completely deserved bad rep. So I love that these kids enjoyed it so much!
