Weird. He's my favorite fictional character, but he's a villain. Fics that explore the nuances of his character, sure. Fics that explore the period before he went evil, sure. But he's a villain. He's a supervillain who does awful things. And if he's made out to be not evil, it just isn't the same character anymore.
