Re: What reboots do you want?

I'd love to see a Space Cases reboot that was maybe a little more serious in tone than the original, but which also stayed fairly true to the earnest, quirky heart of the original show. Perhaps a reboot that's primarily shown/told from the teachers' perspectives, but it still has a sense of humor, as well as a sense of wonder and adventure, and the Christa could still have the crystalline aesthetic that she had in the show (at least in the first season...). There could also be an emphasis on how the adults are both misfits, just like the kids and THELMA, and you could show the process of them slowly starting to see the kids as more than just the problem students (and a problem robot), and starting to see themselves in them, bonding with them, and eventually becoming a sort of found family. Also, there should be lots of cool aliens and weird space stuff.
