Alpha CC (the stuff you're talking about) is the worst thing to come out of the Sims modding scene.

It's so hard to find good MaxisMatch stuff :(

I still have all the MaxisMatch stuff, etc, that I originally downloaded for Sims2 *and* Sims3- which I still play from time to time.

Remember when Sims3 skins were 'pudding faces' and people complained about them endlessly? Now they want that look for Sims2.
