fdjasl;f OP. Let us converse about this show in depth. What are you talking about, 'it's just a show?' It's a formative experience, damnit! I just watched this episode and I have to agree that it choked me up a bit. Mainly because Alyson Hannigan was a much more effective crier back then and she really sold the tentative way Willow asked 'don't you love me?' Also because it was really fucking sudden. Oz wrestles with his werewolf self for one episode and leaves immediately? *sigh* I'm interested in seeing what they do with the character in the season 8 comic coming up, even if I sort of pick and choose my canon from those story lines rather than accepting them completely.

Wild At Heart, The Body and even Becoming had me crying and still gets me years after first seeing it. You're not alone.

I can't watch that episode. It makes me cry. I pretend that the show ended after season 3 sometimes so Willow/Oz and Xander/Cordelia (yeah I know they aren't together at the end, but you know) can still be happy. Ozzzzzz.

I am so with you on that. I only got into the show years later and I knew what happens and I totally approve of Willow/Tara, but boy, did that episode break my heart.

Me too. I'm like one of the few Buffy fans that doesn't like Tara, so Willow/Oz was my Willow OTP. Back when I still liked Willow, anyway.

I've never gotten over it, either. I love that pairing so much. Everything about that relationship was just so wonderful. It didn't help that it took me a long time to start actually liking Tara, either.
