The irony is that those are almost always the people who complain about how their friends have drifted away now that they've had kids and it's like... duh? If I was friends with you because we had the same taste in movies and books and both enjoyed gardening and now you don't talk about any of those things anymore and only talk about your kid, we don't have anything in common now.
