Test run in progress. So what do you think about that commenting system?

...Your numbering/lettering structure intrigues me.

As for 2, there's an email notification setting for getting emails when someone replies to your comments.

I agree on "A" and "D" though.

Here's 107 with a dozen replies, 109 with a dozen replies, and lonely little 108 between them. D:
That always happens to my secrets! Drives me nuts when I'm scrolling through the comments.

On 2, if someone replies directly to you, you'd get an e-mail, wouldn't you? But if you're talking about comments on the same secrets, just not a direct reply, then I don't really see how it would be any different to check six different places than to hunt through six different pages of comments.

...I hate to do this, but I had to deliver some drive-by icon love.

On D - I find that I'm strangely drawn to commenting on them where I wouldn't before. Isn't it better for the OP that they have an opportunity for more comments?

It *sucks* when NOBODY comments, and now people can quite clearly see which ones are probably better off than the wank-filled ones. I can spend less time contributing to Wanky-secrets and more on others.
