I had to write an eewwwwww pairing for a fix exchange once (to let you know how long again this was it was Ian McKellen / John Rys-Davies) I wrote Sean Bean / Viggo Mortensen then changed the names before uploading it. Sean was Ian so I could “light coloured hair” hahahahha/ memories!

Anyway, I hope the nightmare didn’t cause poor sleep.

IDK this doesn't seem that weird to me as a theme for a nightmare/stress dream. Clearly it's something you would find unpleasant in waking life. Why should any particular area of activity be off limits? If fic writing is something you do a lot it seems natural to me that you could dream about it, including negatively.
