I don't know if I'd say my *favorite* villain as such but I was just thinking about how much I love Ben Gazzara in Road House. He's just such an affable, charming guy who's also a completely ruthless psychopath. Completely pulls it off. I really like that combination.

Also Harry Powell from Night of the Hunter, Lalo from BCS, just a couple I've been thinking about recently.
