I also wanted that people could shut up about it already. I only felt uncomfortable about it while watching the movie because I was with other 5 guys (and it felt awkward). But that's the only time I was 'embarassed' by it. After I left the movies, I didn't even remember that.

If you watched the film in IMAX, it would have been the size of an SUV. The fact that this made people uncomfortable amuses me.

lol, that's exactly what I would have liked to say to the guy next to me in the theatre. He giggled uncomfortably at the words sex & whore, at every appearance of Manhattan's penis, through the sex scene, through the rape scene, etc. And he was like 20.

Yeah, I agree. I liked how in the movie it wasn't like "LOL, LET'S FOCUS ON IT XD," it was just sort of part of what distanced him from humanity, walkin' around naked and all. And yeah, it's unusual and I can see why people mentioned it at first, but get the fuck over it already.
