No, the secret barely states an opinion about Tony at all. The anon I was replying to accused OP of ignoring Tony's sacrifices, so I was more addressing their specific gripe by describing what the movie seems to think of both Tony and Steve's ending, which was the only context where OP mentioned Tony.

But also I'm only slightly coherent today, so I understand if I'm not completely making sense. I just think the anon I replied to was whining about nothing.
