First reviews are in and most of them are saying it's crap, but it was never going to be the sort of movie critics would enjoy, and it's also number 1 on netflix in Australia and in the top 10 in the US and UK, so fingers crossed!

My understanding is, the Jack West books are with a studio to possibly be made into a TV show, but Matthew Reilly still has the rights to the Scarecrow books and Ice Station might very well be on the cards for him to make into a movie in the near future if Interceptor goes well and netflix are willing to invest in more

Yeah I watched it last night and while I didn't think it was amazing it also wasn't too terrible imo. No worse than other similar action movies anyway. And for a first time director it was decent. There were a few moments that didn't really have a pay off for them being part of the story, but otherwise I'm not sitting here going "wow, that sucked" so thats a win lol
