Pissed off and a little scared. My last period ended May 15, I tested positive for Covid May 17, and I started spotting May 20 and haven't stopped; today it's been heavy enough that I needed a pad. I'm gonna email my doctor but it's one of those things where I kind of don't want to know.

I'm not sexually active and only had my first pap smear a couple years ago, and I've heard covid can do weird stuff to people's cycles and periods so maybe it'll go away on its own. I hope it's nothing or just perimenopause; I'll be 39 soon.

Other than that and a headache, I'm good.

The first period after I got COVID was noticeably heavier and lasted longer than usual and this lasted for several cycles. It sucks, but I also heard this isn't uncommon. It's been about 4 months for me and things are slowly returning to normal, FWIW.

DA - wow, this is... amazing to know? My super-regulated cycle has been a mess and so have been my PMS and hormonal mood swings, I am actually postponing gyno exams but I have been exposed to COVID a lot in my job, by antivax/anti-masking freaks etc. I didn't know about this so I assumed my problematic uterus didelphys were acting up. I love you guys
