what do you mean "okay", they replied to me explaining things so i clarified that i understood what the issue was about and that i still disagreed. what a weird way to react to my comment

You said you disagreed with one sentence and never clarified anything beyond that. I put a question mark specifically behind “Okay?”, because it’s a question. Asking you to clarify. You highlighting one sentence in quotes, and then saying “yeah and I disagree with that” is not really “so i clarified that i understood what the issue was about and that i still disagreed”. At least, it didn’t read that way to me. There was nothing really clear about “I understand the issue”, much less “and I still disagree, so agree to disagree”.

And then I added the rest because that’s my opinion, and why I agreed with ayrt. I think their POV is understandable, and said so.

Like, if that’s how you feel, then that’s fine. And agreeing to disagree is obviously the best course of action. But your comment wasn’t as clear as you thought it would be to everyone. Maybe some could understand what you meant, maybe even most. But just saying you disagree is not equal to saying you disagree but respect their opinions? So you getting pressed over it with “what do you mean “okay?”?? It’s obvious what I meant” is unhelpful, and just as strange a reaction as you think my response is. Because it was obviously unclear to me at least what you meant, but you clearly couldn’t have just explained yourself without getting pissy.
