Same here! But some people in fandom are, to put it frankly, fucked in the head, and react weirdly or touchily to things.

I did not realize this until I went to a few cons and interacted more in fandom besides in a few spaces that weren't mine and my friends' livejournals. Some of these people are legit mental.
