I’m going to drop a really strange rec here. The cartoon Roswell Conspiracies: Aliens, Myths and Legends had a Superman “deconstruction” of sorts, but a big part of it was that he was not and never became evil. I can’t be more specific without spoilers, unfortunately.

(This guy’s primary appearance was quite a few episodes in, but hey, it’s a good show!)
