Anyone who is annoyed just because someone writes something, for free, that they personally don't have any interest in reading... is kind of a jerk. And unless your tastes are really, really weird (and honestly even if they are), someone else out there probably wants the same things you do.

Plus, writing your personal wish fulfillment story doesn't stop anyone from writing any other kind of story that some other person might like better. Go for it.

Yeah I kinda wish more people out there would write just what they wanna read. I feel like what sells traditionally is kinda formulaic tbh.

But that's just me
