It's an aughts webcomic by one Sean McGuinness inspired by ToyFare's Twisted ToyFare Theater, but featuing toys of Toho movie kaiju (and occasionally other toys). It started in the summer of 2000 and ran for most of Bush Jr.'s presidency and well, it was pretty much as the secret describes.

It went on a long hiatus at the beginning of the following decade and eventually resurfaced with new comics, but McGuinness disowned the original run and while it remained up for a while, a couple years ago he took it down.
