Maaaaaaaan, Op never said that. OP was talking about "gender ambiguos person" or something, so they probably thought that Haruka didn't identify as a woman, hence the "not lesbian couple" comment. GENDER IS FUCKING COMPLEX TO UNDERSTAND. Cut OP some slack.
Also, your reading comprehension needs improvement.

No, she literally said it. She literally said that HaruMichi is sad as the only lesbian ship (not even true) because it doesn't count as a lesbian couple to her.

It's not reading comprehension, this just... Is literally what she said. She took a single case of mistaken identity in the anime, that's corrected BY THE END OF THE EPISODE, and wielded it as a fucking mace.
