Okay totally off topic, haven't been commenting in this thread, but I'd think surgery to make someone over to have no tits, dick, or vagina would absolutely be possible. I mean, an AMAB transwoman needs a constructed vagina if she wants one, anyway, so if she doesn't bother with that or top surgery and just gets a rerouted urethra, that sounds like what you want.

AFAB to trans guy is trickier and I guess maybe once he's had top surgery and a full hysterectomy and ovary removal and stuff maybe it's not possible to remove or close the vagina? Idk I'm not a doctor so I guess there's my ignorant assumption showing. Maybe that's the hard part.

It's more not possible due to insurance lmao, but my ideal is more... I want to be able to, occasionally, PUT ON tits or dick or vag with default being a twinky Ken doll.
