There's plenty of jobs that may involve dealing with famous people (who are only such because we as a society elevate them to that degree), and people are bound by job regulations and a regard for a another person's privacy that keeps them from documenting and sharing information. I'm not documenting every time I ran into a famous person and behaved X way, I don't doubt that's the case with epoeple in the service, hospitality, and medical fields. Among others.
