Why do fans care so much about pretend couples being healthy? Unambiguously healthy couples are boring. All they do is exist. Couples that by all accounts should be a dumpster fire that are written to work out as functional and better with each other than without are what make a good story.

Your comment could use an "IMO" for good measure, but otherwise, yeah, I 100% agree. "Looks like a red flag convention but is actually incredibly loving and functional" is my JAM.
